THRIVE GYM CLUB RULES
Welcome to Thrive
These Club Rules are here to help create a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. By using the Club, you agree to follow these Rules alongside your Membership Terms & Conditions.
Our community is built on respect.
Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or have been training for years, everyone belongs here. We simply ask that you respect the Club, our team, our equipment and each other.
Respect Our Community
At Thrive we believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable training.
Please:
- Treat all members and staff with kindness and respect.
- Support and encourage others.
- Respect everyone's personal space and chosen way of training.
- Never intimidate, mock, harass or deliberately make another member feel uncomfortable.
- Follow any reasonable instruction given by a member of the Thrive team.
Getting Started
When you join, we strongly recommend booking a Welcome to Thrive Induction through the Thrive App.
During your induction, we'll show you how to safely use the equipment and help you get the most from your membership.
If you're ever unsure how to use a piece of equipment, simply ask a member of the team-we're always happy to help.
Members who choose not to complete an induction remain responsible for ensuring they know how to use equipment safely.
Age Restrictions
For the safety of all members, the gym floor is available to members aged 16 years and over.
Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to use the gym floor unless attending a Club-authorised activity or session under the supervision of Thrive Gym.

Equipment or facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, repairs or circumstances outside of the Club's control.
We appreciate your understanding while we maintain the highest standards for all members.
